Rope Run Fun

12 Minute AMRAP
4 shuttle runs (25ft Down and back = 1) (1=50ft)
1-2 Rope Climbs @15ft

WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

In today’s workout, the goal is to keep a high intensity throughout the entire workout. If you can do it with 2 rope climbs, then aim to hold with the 2 reps the entire time. If not, then go with 1 and keep the runs fast.

You will know if you’re hitting this workout right, as you head towards the end of the time cap: your lungs should feel like they’re on fire and your face looking like a sexy tomatoe.
