Transition smoothly to the squat snatches, focusing on proper form to prevent fatigue. Use 75% of your 1RM weight to ensure safety and maintain a steady pace.
During toes-to-bar (TTB), break them into manageable sets to conserve energy. Lastly, tackle double-unders with controlled jumps and consistent rope rotations. Minimize rest between exercises and rounds while monitoring your heart rate. Stay mentally strong, push through discomfort, and aim for each round to match or improve upon the previous one.
