Looking to improve your cardio? Today’s workout is for you.

Let’s start by saying that both these movements SUCK. You have to be totally weird to love them, BUT they are incredibly efficient at helping you to improve your engine.

There’s not too much strategy to winning this workout. It’s all about the pacing. If you find you’re feeling fresh after the first rd, push a pace a little further. If you’re completely out of breath, reduce the pace. You want to find your sweet spot where you’re getting in an intense workout, but you recovered to hit the next round after a little rest.
