WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

It’s quick. It’s nasty. It’ll burn. – Your grip. We’re talking about your grip. The deeper you get into this workout, the more its going to hurt, but let’s test your mental strength and see how long you can last.

The strategy is short. Keep steady on the double unders. Remember, slowing them down slightly and staying consistent is faster than trying to go as fast as you can. On the squat snatches, your legs will start to feel it so break them up into sets of 2. The aim is not to stop, and not get buried!
