12 Push Press (115lbs/75lbs, 95lbs/65lbs)

WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

This CrossFit workout that’s 18 minutes long, the plan is to keep a steady pace. Start with a good warm-up, making sure you’re ready for those box jumps, push presses, and toes-to-bar.

For the box jumps, go for a height that challenges you but feels safe. You might start doing all 15 in one go, but consider breaking them into smaller sets later on to manage energy.

With the push press, pick a weight that’s tough but doable. Break those 12 reps into chunks, like 6-6 or 4-4-4.

The toes-to-bar are a different beast. Try sets like 3-3-3 or 4-3-2 to keep a consistent pace.

Remember, aim for about 9 rounds or more by keeping each round under 2 minutes. Stay smooth with transitions and listen to your body.
