WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

Ahhh, wall walks. Everyone’s favorite. Since entering the scene, wall walks look like they’re sticking around, and without constant focus, they’re so easy to forget about.

Hit the 500m with a tough pace, and concentrate on breathing through the wall walks. It’s going to suck, but you’ll be a better athlete for it. It’ll start to get tough in around 4 rounds, but that’s the time to be pushing through. Let out those screams on the wall walks- nobody cares anyway!
