WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
A while back, we added crossover practice into the program. Did you catch that? If you missed it, then I would recommend heading back to the workout and spending 10 minutes working on this skill because today, we’re going to put this into practice.
Wall balls might be predominately a leg movement, but with this kind of volume, your arms are sure to get tired. So, when we’re implementing dubs into the metcon, it’ll be far too easy to make costly mistakes.
To combat this, try rotating your arms around and down back into the catch position once you’ve thrown the wall ball to the target. In high-volume sets, this will save you in the long run.
