You will come out of this feeling like you’ve WORKED, so don’t short change yourself on the rest. The stimulus is to see how much you can push it.

This is a classic CrossFit workout that will really force you to focus on your engine. Otherwise, when you hit the Open, you simply be left behind.

To win this workout you have to focus on your breathing, and both the rowing and the wall balls command the same technique.

Breathe out when you throw the ball and bring the rowing handle back to the dashboard;
breath in when you catch the ball and pull the handle towards.
