It’s tempting to go fast with only small reps, but there are still 15 minutes. Staying consistent with your pacing is key to not burning out too hot and nailing a sick time.

Focus on your breathing on each movement, which will help set the pace. With every rep, you should be breathing in and breathing out at least once. Any less, and you’ll leave yourself open to holding your breath and gassing out – and you don’t want to find out what the aftermath of that will be!
