WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
Wall walks is a movement that keeps coming up time and time again (especially in the Open) and unless, you’re practicing them outside of class, you may not have drilled in this movement as much as the rest. This is a great workout to build strength and volume, whilst getting those lungs going. I recommend practicing the movement and ensuring you’re not getting no repped. When the Open comes round again, you’ll thank me. Consistency is key!
