Deadlift in 15 minutes;
5×3 building to a heavy triple

50 Double Unders
2 Rope Climbs

Ready to practice some skills? In today’s workout, we’ll be practicing rope climbs and HSW together – so be prepared to be pushed to your limits.

The rope climbs need to be steady enough to keep a good pace, but not too fast that you need to break up your handstand walks. Careful, as the deadlifts at the start will take a toll on your core.

Remember, even though this is a challenging workout, don’t let your technique drop. In your rope climbs, emphasize your high legs, big high grabs and keeping your arms as relaxed as possible.
