WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

If your brain has troubling remember how to snatch every time you see the barbell, then this is a great workout for you. With today’s workout being in 2 part, first part strength, second part workout, it’ll help you to drill in some good form.

The better you are able to drill your technique, the easier the second workout will come, and other workouts that are similar. Focus on really concentrating on your technique on the first part, and then send it on part 2. Remember, you have 5 rounds on that second part, so the goal is to have consistent times every time.

If your hook grip isn’t the best, then this is the perfect time too. To get the best time, your grip is going to come in real handy. Make sure you’ve got a proper lock on the bar. Yes, your thumb is meant to slightly hurt, but don’t worry, that’s natural.
