Power Cleans @115lbs/85lbs
Bar Facing Burpees

AMRAP Bar Muscle Ups in remaining time

Today is all about pushing your capacity and your ability to send it. This workout should be fast and hard, but that doesn’t mean you can forget about pacing. If you don’t hit the right pace in part 1, you’re going to suffer in the BMU AMRAP.

The key to winning this workout is breathing and not stopping. Find a pace that you can consistently hold throughout so you can hit some big sets when you get to the BMU.
