This week, we’re going to start by increasing your rowing intensity. You want to come out of this workout feeling like you’ve “done something” but not completely broken.
The idea behind today’s workout is to push your bench while staying consistent on the rower. If the bench is light, you can push the row even more. However, if it’s heavy percentage, then you need to recover on the row so you can hold bigger sets on the bench.
