As we get closer to the Open, with every day marked off the calendar, we lose one more training session we could be practicing for the big day. But today doesn’t have to be that day. You can make the most of the opportunity with this workout.
Before we dive in, make sure you warm up your shoulders properly – they’re going to be taking a beating, so be ready. Being as mobile and strong as possible will help prevent injuries from occurring.
With a total of 30 reps each round, and every part of your body being worked – the key to winning this workout to how you break it up. Aim for sets that will allow you to keep moving. The worse thing you can do is stop.
This workout is gassy, so go out slower than you think. You can always increase the pace in the later rounds.
