30 Minute AMRAP
(after the 800m run, start back over at the 250m row)

It’s very tempting to lift every day, but there’s no avoiding it. Sometimes you just have to get down into the dirty and chip away at a 30-minute cardio sweat fest. Today is that day.
The goal is to hold the same row and run pace for the entire workout, so pick a pace that’s slower than you think and HOLD IT. 30 minutes is a long time, and the aim is to stay steady. Today is not a PB kind of day. It’s a slow and steady, consistent grind.
To be the best at this workout, you’ve got to get into the right mindset. Concentrate your row pace and your footwork, that way you’ll be distracted from the pain.
