WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

Today’s workout is a nice little variation on the 22.1. Swapping out the wall walks for TTB, changes the stimulus up slightly and allow you time to work on your Box Jump Over and DB Snatch. The goal is to pace the box jumps to keep the DB unbroken and the TTB as close to UB as you can.
