Today is about improving your barbell cycling. When it comes to competitions, it’s hard to avoid barbell cycling, so if it’s a weakness, then today is your lucky day.
When you hit the workout, remember the dubs are going to fatigue your grip, and the hang power snatches are going to feel HEAVY when you reach minute 5/6. Keep focused on your reps staying consistent – that’s how you win this workout.
