For some, this workout will be a breeze, but for many, this is going to be a killer. Today we are testing some high-volume gymnastics coupled with some tasty engine work.
This particular combination is going to target the forearms. When looking at the pacing, go slower than you think, watch your grip and break up reps where necessary.
To win this workout, you can’t stop moving, and use your legs in the row. By preserving your arms as much as possible, this will give the advantage on maintaining form on your T2B. Great practice, for sure!
