WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
For an effective workout, let’s follow this strategy step by step. Begin with a moderate pace, especially for the push-ups. Remember, even though air squats seem easier, they can quickly add up fatigue.
Manage your reps by aiming to complete each round without long breaks between movements. If doing all 5 pull-ups at once is too challenging, try scaling back to jumping pull-ups so you can move through the 5 reps unbroken.
10 push-ups in a row gets tough after a few rounds so don’t be afraid to break these up from the start, you’ll thank me later! Use air squats as a chance to catch your breath and recover, maintaining a steady pace to control your heart rate.
Note: Rx+ is C2B: only scale up if you feel you can go unbroken.
