12 minute AMRAP
100 Double Unders
25ft DB Famers Walking Lunge (50lbs/35lbs)
15 DB Push Press
25ft DB Front Rack Walking Lunge

(use 2 dbs for the lunges)

WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

  1. Double Unders (100 reps):
    Start with a strong and controlled pace for the double unders. These can be quite taxing if you go too fast right from the beginning. Aim to break them into sets of 25-30 reps if necessary to maintain good form and avoid tripping on the rope.

  2. DB Farmers Walking Lunge (25ft with 50/35lb DBs):
    Once you’ve completed the double unders, immediately transition to the DB farmers walking lunge. Focus on maintaining a steady pace and good posture. Short, controlled steps are key to balance. 

  3. DB Push Press (15 reps):
    After finishing the farmers walk, pick up the DBs for the push press. Use a weight that allows you to perform these reps unbroken, at least in the earlier rounds. Keep your core tight, dip your knees slightly, and drive the weights overhead explosively using your legs and hips.

  4. DB Front Rack Walking Lunge (25ft with 50/35lb DBs):
    Immediately transition to the front rack walking lunges. Maintain the same steady pace and form as in the farmers walk. Remember to keep your elbows up and core engaged.
