WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
The goal here is to stay UB on the thrusters and then move steady through the wall walks. Don’t come out too hot because as you work through the wall walks, each round will start to suck.
On part a, focus on technique and really push on yourself. This will give you a true score when you hit the metcon. Finally, to win the workout, making sure your breathing is on point will give you a massive advantage.
