20 Crossover Single Unders

WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
Start with 20 reps of Crossover Single Unders, keeping a steady pace to save energy. Tighten your core and control the rope with your wrists.
Next, tackle the 25ft Handstand Walk in manageable 5ft increments. If handstand walking isn’t your thing, opt for wall holds or shoulder taps.
Then, conquer the Legless Rope Climb with a strong grip and minimal leg usage. If it’s challenging, try partial legless climbs or regular rope climbs as a scaled option.
Remember to rest (10-20 seconds) after each round. Focus on maintaining quality movement and repeat the cycle.
