WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

There’s nothing like starting a Monday with a little bit of running – I hope you’re ready! This is a nice little engine and gymnastic work. In between every set, there’s 2 minutes rest which will give you plenty of time to attack each round.

On the 400m, you want to be setting a challenging pace but one where you’re not stopping on the max effort. Remember, the women’s wall balls, the target is now 10ft in the new standard.
