WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
Before heading into this workout, make sure that you’re properly warmed up, particularly your shoulders and lats. Stay focused on practising good form when working through the snatch and the increasing weight. This is a great opportunity to drill in your technique while the increasing weight will make you more fatigued.
As you head into part 2, the DB’s and rope climbs will hit your forearms. If you haven’t got the volume yet, plan how you will break up the reps. Otherwise, aim to go unbroken but keep every part of the workout smooth and steady.
