Depending on your chosen track, we have an online training program that will suit your training style plus completely focused towards your CrossFit goals.
Our CrossFit programming is designed around either the competition season, typically peaking at the Open, or developing your skills in a specific area such as gymnastics, weightlifting or powerlifting.
WODprep's online training is written by head coach Dr. CJ De Palma, who is trained in physiotherapy and has years of experience training CrossFit. So much so, many athletes have gone onto compete at the CrossFit Games.
That is why we understand you and your needs. We know that you are unique, and so should your training.
Typically, most of our online training programs are up to 60 minutes. Our supplementary track is between 30-45 minutes, and our more extensive compete programming will go up to 120 minutes.
WODprep’s expert team of coaches are there to support you through your journey, so help is always on hand.
Behind the scenes, these coaches are specially trained in the WODprep way so that your programming is carefully programmed in 8-week cycles and with constant varying progressions.
You’ll receive a week’s worth of programming straight to the Wod Up app. In the app, we have a huge online community, and as an optional extra, you can sign up to our online coaching to support you.
You can upload a video of yourself and know that you’ll have one of our super amazing coaches will provide feedback on how you can improve in 24 hours.
The only equipment you need is what you typically find in your local box.
