After years immersed in the CrossFit® community, one thing is clear: Masters athletes need a personalized approach to maximize their progress while staying healthy and strong.

Do I need to be a member of a gym to use WODprep?

Nope! While a gym membership is helpful, you can definitely use our programs at home if you’ve got the right equipment. We offer suggestions and modifications for athletes training outside of a gym setting.
