What makes WODprep Online Training different?

Our tracks are programmed by Dr CJ, Head Coach and Physical Therapist of WODprep, who has helped numerous athletes qualify for the CrossFit Games.


We have developed a series of tracks including auxiliary ones like WPx Engine to help you attack your weakness and leave no stone unturned when it comes to your overall CrossFit performance. 


While many online programs are broad and generalized, we use continual feedback from our athlete results to shape future programming. So it really is specific to the athletes who are following it.


Not only that, but with the auxiliary tracks, you can mix and match programs depending on what you need to focus on - and they all work seamlessly together to help develop you as a skilful, well rounded athlete!

What if it’s too hard?

In the Engine track, the program is based on your own ability, so you should never find the workouts too difficult.


WODprep Online Training also includes a support team, and they are more than happy to find the perfect balance for you when it comes to your overall workload.

How do I access the programming?

Once you have signed up to WODprep's Online Training, you'll be invited to join WodUp via your email. Follow the instructions to sign in, and in there you'll find all the programming waiting for you.


Take your time exploring the app, and discovering where you can speak directly to coaches, and don't forget - introduce yourself to the online community.
