WODprep's 1-on-1 Coaching offers a fully customized training plan for those who are serious about their goals. Here are some general requirements:
- You must have access to a gym that will let you follow your own programming. While following traditional "class" programming is fun, it is not customized to help you achieve your goals. All athletes must have Open Gym access, or a facility that will let them do their own workouts for maximum effectiveness.
- You must be serious about your fitness goals. While our 1-on-1 Coaching requires lots of work from each coach, we also expect effort from each athlete. This includes sharing notes from training sessions, filming some movements for your coach to review, and providing feedback directly to your coach. If you're willing to do the work, you'll see incredible results.
- You must be willing to pay for great service. If you are looking to cut corners and always shopping for the cheapest show in town, then please do not apply. Our coaches are professionals, charge a fair rate, and earn your business each and every month!
