This is a high turnover workout. At no point should you slow down; the movements complement each other and allow you to express high effort the entirety of the workout.

Now is a good time to practice your wall walks hand placement patterns, consistency of technique and high speed of repetition.

Also, working on your shuttle run pacing, the highest level athletes are at just under 10 minute, so keep that in mind as you look at the clock to pace your work.
