WODprep Strategy Top Tips:
The goal here is to move steady through the run and then push it on the thrusters. Don’t come out too hot – you have 4 rounds to hit, and you want to be aiming to hit the same number of thrusters each time.
Before starting this workout, make sure you’ve worked out how you’re going to break the reps up at the start and see if you can hold onto some big sets and keep breathing throughout. If you find yourself holding your breath, you’re making it a thousand times harder!
Top tip: breath out on the shoulder to overhead, and breath in as you’re going down into the squat.
