WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

Today’s workout has many similarities to 22.1. Tomorrow is a big day with the announcement of the new 2023 workouts, so what better way to get warmed up than by hitting a Wednesday with an Open style metcon.

With a volume like this on the DB snatches, be careful to use your legs throughout. It’s so easy to just yank the DB with your back and get into trouble later. There’s nothing worst than your back blowing up with 10,000 more reps to go (especially in combination with box jump overs).

Before heading into this workout, work how what rep scheme you can consistently hold in each round and then stick to it. It will make all the difference to your lungs.
