There’s no introduction for this workout. It’s time to go!
Depending on how heavy this weight is for you, there are a number of ways you can break it up.
- Fast singles – lift, drop, and repeat
- Sets of 5 reps
- Unbroken all the way!
Now, I would totally recommend against no.3 unless the barbell is super super light. Even then, I would stick to no.1. Isabel is notorious for getting gassy, so concentrate on your breathing and making sure your hook grip is pretty solid. These two elements will help you to power through this nasty sprint.
