WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

Burpees – love ’em or hate ’em, you won’t get far in CrossFit without learning to become efficient at burpees. If you haven’t got your burpees absolutely down, then this workout will chew you up.

Before attacking this workout, plan out how you’re going to hit it. Pay particular attention to the burpees – remember, you’re only half way through the workout in the middle of round 15. If you go out too hot, you’re going to be sending for help.

If the barbell is light, keep it quick and unbroken, alternatively, start breaking them up on round 12. The aim to keep the barbell moving and steady. You may even get your breath back a little before jumping back onto the burpees.
