16 Minute AMRAP
6 Box Jump Overs
4 Dual DB Hang Power Snatch

WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

Nice little chipper for a Tuesday! 16 minutes is a long time; make sure you pace yourself. Focus on quality for the toes to bar, speed on the box jump overs and then just hold for the DB hang power snatch. Then repeat. Easy enough, right?

Breathing through this workout will be key to setting a sustainable pace. First 4 minutes, aim to go slower than you think you should. Then, keep the same pace throughout the next 4 minutes, and finally, start pushing through towards the end for the last 4 minutes.
