First things first, when you’re dealing with a bunch of reps, it goes without saying to break them down into manageable chunks right from the get-go. 

Now, onto the nitty-gritty….

Dumbbell Snatches:

Grab a dumbbell that gives you a bit of a challenge but still lets you keep your form on point. The aim is to switch arms with every rep. This way, you’re spreading out the effort evenly.

When you’re snatching that dumbbell, it’s all about those hips and legs. They’re your power source, so use ’em! Try not to yank too much with your arm – that’s a common mistake.

Box Jump Overs:

Now, for those box jump overs. Choose a box height that feels right for you. Scaling is always an option when approaching a workout. If jumping isn’t an option, choose step-ups instead.

Landing is crucial here. Pay attention to how you land to avoid any unnecessary strain on your joints.
