30 minute EMOM
Min 1: 5 Sandbag Cleans (a weight you can do)
Min 2: 8-10 Strict Ring Dips
Min 3: 10 Strict Toes to Rings
Min 4: 1 UB Set of sHSPU
Min 5: :40 secs Hollow Rocks


WODprep Strategy Top Tips:

If you’ve been working on your HSPU for a while, this is the workout for you. The HSPU is paired with other movements that’ll load your grip and, ultimately, make the HSPU so much harder. Let that not phase you and see this as a challenge for you to attack.

Focus on your breathing on each movement, which will help set the pace. With every rep, you should be breathing in and breathing out at least once. Any less, and you’ll leave yourself open to holding your breath and gassing out – and you don’t want to find out what the aftermath of that will be!
